| Baltimore Foods Catering was founded in 1995 by Abe McCauley, Jr. Abe is a former manager of Martin’s Caterer and a member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church. He is a lifetime member of the National Parent & Teacher’s Association, board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Maryland, former president of the Dewees Little League, and a former Candidate for the Maryland State Legislature. Abe ’s background in food service management spans over 30 years and includes Certification by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, training in Hospitality Service and quality control by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. |
